I’m very relieved to be able to say that we retained our English Tourist Board four star rating at Windermere Lodge today. The guy who visited us pointed out that there are very few four star lodges around, but that our’s is “a good , solid 4 star”.  It shows that all the hard work is in fact worthwhile!
