Well, we’ve just been through the Guest Survey responses from 2009 and I’m delighted to say that we’ve continued to get a great level of satisfaction. We’ve now been doing this for 3 years and we’ve made a point of trying to maintain and exceed the great start we got in 2007. Hopefully the results speak for themselves!
