This week I tried out one of the new activities that have recently taken off in the Lake District – Electric Cycling. It’s called EveryTrail. We have added one of our local walks to it today! Here is a link to it. Threshthwaite Mouth [...] So today South Lakeland Parks hosted an inter-park golf competition. Windermere golf club has to be one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country. The view of the Langdales even on a hazy and humid day like today is worth the green fee!

This is a lovely gentle walk up tothe top of one of the lowest fells in the Lakes. Wonderful That says all that [...] On Sunday we took the kids down to The Low Wood watersports centre and had a couple of hours learning to wakeboard.
