As recommended by the Divine St Julia (Bradbury) we parked in Keswick and took the boat across Derwentwater, which gave us a great view of the fell before we started. One of the beauties of Limefitt Park is the fact that you can do so many fantastic walks straight from the front door of your pine lodge’s front door.
