It’ a lovely crisp autumn morning here in Troutbeck.
The leaves are turning and this tree looked stunning in the early morning light as the sun crested Applethwaite Fell.

We’d like to let you know that here is a raffle to raise funds for a defibrillator for the local First Responders team. When a person suffers a cardiac arrest they lose consciousness in a matter of seconds. Unless someone applies a defibrillator within three to four minutes, the person is unlikely to survive.
