It’s about this time. when the Summer Holidays are over, that people start to enquire about booking a pine lodge for a special New Year break.

Well it made me laugh anyway. I was looking through our webstats for our www.windermerecabin.co.uk site when I noticed that somebody found us by using the search phrase “buying a lodge makes no sense”. I do really hope that they don’t know something I don’t! Actually, South Lakeland Parks have an offer on at the moment [...] Luxury lodges in the Snow Ian, our neighbour up at Limefitt Park sent me this lovely picture a couple of days back. He says that he’s been walking in the sunshine today and has some more lovely pictures of the hills covered in snow.
Well Winter seems to be arriving – snow last weekend and now snow again today as I look out of the window. It’s hard to believe that this is the same view as the one in the post about beautiful November weather isn’t it? Snowing in Troutbeck [...] |
